What We Do
We manage the full furnishings scope, from layout planning and furniture selection through to procurement, delivery and installation.
The decorating process begins with an initial meeting to visit your home and get to know you, your lifestyle and requirements for each space. During our time together, we’ll walk through the property and discuss a proposed design aesthetic and furniture tailored to each space.
From this meeting, we’ll present to you a bespoke proposal outlining the scope, terms and conditions and an outline of fees. Once you’ve provided us with a big tick of approval, we’ll get started on the design concept and plans. Let the transformation begin!
We begin creating the overall vision for your home and develop preliminary concepts and layout plans for each area of the home. During this stage, we will carefully select unique furniture and décor items tailored to each room, which are detailed, itemised and individually quoted to provide you a comprehensive overview of the selections and costs involved. This will then be presented in person for review.
Our design expertise and experienced team execute the procurement phase of the project with precision and accuracy. Regular updates are provided by our team to ensure you are updated on the progress of your project.
This is where the vision comes to life. On installation day, the LMD team together with a
white glove delivery service and skilled tradespeople will be on site to transform each space with furniture, decor and art, then add the finishing touches and creative flair for a beautiful reveal.
