Istana Residence is a full-service renovation project located in Clear Island Waters — a transformation that reimagined a dated family home into a calm, light-filled retreat with timeless appeal.
With a stunning waterfront outlook and enviable sunsets, our brief was to enhance the home’s connection to its surroundings while creating a refined interior that felt both functional and beautiful. The renovation included a full interior and exterior update, as well as a new extension to the front of the home, adding two additional bedrooms each with their own ensuite.
Every space was thoughtfully designed — from the soft, layered material palette to the custom joinery, updated layout, and serene bathrooms. A standout feature is the new dining room window, which captures uninterrupted water views and makes the space feel as though it’s floating above the canal.
This home is a celebration of natural light, soft finishes, and carefully considered details — designed for everyday living, with a sense of calm that lingers.
