Design Clarity Session
When you are planning, building, or renovating, it is easy to feel unsure. Maybe the layout does not quite flow, the selections are not sitting together, or you are worried about locking in the wrong decision. A Design Clarity Session gives you direct access to Lynda MacDonald, Principal Designer, to work through your biggest design challenges and leave with a clear plan you can act on straight away.
Held onsite within our local service area for the best outcome, with online sessions available on request for interstate clients. This is a focused, expert session that replaces uncertainty with calm, confident direction.

– Follow up document with notes, recommendations, and simple mark ups where relevant, plus clear next steps
This session is designed for guidance and decision making rather than full documentation. Where helpful, we will include simple mark ups to support your next steps.
What to bring and set up:
– Plans and measurements, plus any samples or quotes.
– Please have a clear table or bench ready, a portable table is fine, so we can spread plans out, review selections, and sketch new layout ideas together.

Getting to know you
01 Discovery Call
Complimentary
In this complimentary 20 minute phone call, we’ll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. Well share about our process to determine if were a good fit and answer any questions you have about working together.
02 Consultation
$660
During this two-hour in home consultation, we’ll walk through your space, take notes, share ideas and gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward any future design fees.
03 Proposal
Approve & sign
After the consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal to outline the scope of work, and tentatively hold a Kick off Date for your Project to commence. Once approved, you’ll sign our standard contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our design calendar.

Once it’s official, we’ll schedule your in-home kickoff meeting and send over additional details to help us understand your design style lifestyle, and goals.
02 Kick Off Meeting
During this 60 minute in-home meeting, we’ll take pictures and measurements, catalog your existing furniture, if applicable, and get to know you and your family.
03 Design Time
With a full understanding of your lifestyle, design aesthetic, and goals, we’ll move into our detailed design phase to prepare the perfect plan for your space.
